| The movie A Christmas Story is about a young boy named Ralphie who dreams of getting a Red Ryder BB gun for Christmas. However, his parents and teachers warn him that he'll shoot his eye out. Despite this, Ralphie remains determined to get the gun and does everything he can to convince his parents to buy it for him.
